My new residence is almost ready for its lighting plan and I want every switch-on to feel effortless and practical.
The focus is strictly on functionality: task-oriented, glare-free illumination for the living areas and all bedrooms—no outdoor work this time. Because building codes and product availability in the Gulf can be unique, prior GCC project experience is important to me; you’ll already know the local suppliers, voltage standards, and the tricks for coping with high ambient temperatures.
I need the full concept delivered as soon as possible so construction can stay on schedule. If you can start right away and turn around a complete package quickly, let’s talk.
Deliverables I expect:
• Room-by-room lighting layout (CAD or PDF)
• Fixture schedule with locally sourced SKUs and photometric data (Dialux/Relux acceptable)
• Load calculations and basic switching/dimming strategy
• Simple visualisations or render snapshots so I can sign off fast
