I need a compact human-resources module added to my in-house ERP. The immediate priority is a rock-solid Employee Records area where I can create, edit, archive, and search staff profiles with role-based access control. From those records I must be able to generate clear, exportable reports (PDF and/or Excel) at the click of a button for management reviews and audits.
If you can deliver this core functionality within the next seven days, let’s move forward. Future phases may extend to payroll or attendance, so clean, well-documented code and a database schema that’s easy to scale are essential.
Please outline the stack you propose, any similar work you have completed, and how you’ll keep me updated until hand-over and acceptance testing are complete.
