I develop residential projects in Lee County, Florida and sketch all of my concepts in Virtual Architect Home Design. What I now need is a partner who can take each of those rough floorplans and turn them into fully engineered, permit-ready construction drawings, then follow up with photorealistic elevation renderings that showcase the home’s look with attractive landscaping in place.
Here is what I am looking for on every plan that comes across your desk:
• A complete set of stamped structural/MEP drawings ready for submission to local building officials.
• A high-quality front elevation rendering that highlights curb appeal and includes thoughtful landscaping (feel free to suggest additional touches such as material textures or lighting effects if they will enhance the presentation).
I have several single-family, duplex and condo designs queued up, so this has strong potential to become an ongoing workflow. When you reply, please link or attach examples of past work that prove you can deliver both code-compliant construction sets and compelling exterior visuals.
If you’re comfortable importing or tracing files from Virtual Architect, and can move efficiently between CAD/BIM software and your preferred rendering tool, we should be a great fit. I’m ready to start with the first plan as soon as I see work that matches the quality I’m after.
