We're Nova Transformation Services, a full-service digital marketing and AI automation agency based in India, serving clients pan-India and internationally.
We're looking for a hungry, self-driven sales professional to join us on a commission-only basis. No fixed salary, but unlimited earning potential.
What You'll Be Selling:
Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO)
Social Media Management
AI Automation & Chatbot Solutions
Software Development & Web Solutions
Brand Strategy
Your Role:
Identify and reach out to potential clients (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, DMs)
Qualify leads and set up discovery calls
Close deals or hand off warm leads to our team
Maintain follow-up sequences until conversion
Commission Structure:
10% of every deal you close
Paid after client payment is received
No cap on earnings
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B or agency sales
Strong English communication (written + spoken)
Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
Experience with outreach tools is a plus (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
Can work independently without hand-holding
