Overview:
I am looking for an expert Electrical Design Engineer to reverse-engineer and digitize the electrical schematics for a Electronic control panel. The current documentation is in a multi-page PDF format, and we require a high-quality, intelligent EPLAN Electric P8 project file (.zw1).
Technical Environment:
Architecture: Beckhoff CX/EK series (TwinCAT/TwinSAFE).
Power & Logic: Phoenix Contact QUINT Power Supplies, and PLC-Interface Relays.
Standards: Must comply with IEC 81346 (Structuring) and IEC 61082 (Documentation).
Scope of Work:
Redrafting: Recreate approximately 25 PDF pages into EPLAN P8.
Intelligent Metadata: Import official Beckhoff and Phoenix Contact Data Portal macros.
Deliverables:
Full EPLAN Project Backup (.zw1).
Automated Bill of Materials (BOM) synced with our part numbers.
Terminal Diagrams for strips -X3, -X4, -X5 (including jumper logic).
Full PDF export with intelligent cross-referencing.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in EPLAN Electric P8 (v2.9 or higher).
Deep understanding of Beckhoff I/O and TwinSAFE hardware layouts.
Ability to read complex European-style schematics (Location/Device tagging).
Submission Requirement:
Please include a sample of a previous EPLAN project you have completed (PDF or Screenshot of a Terminal Strip/BOM).
