I need a modern, secure website that showcases my medical services and gives patients a seamless online experience. The core of the site will be two areas: a clearly structured set of service-information pages where visitors can quickly understand what I do, and a login-protected patient portal for accessing records, completing forms, and communicating with my practice.
To lighten the day-to-day workload, I also want two AI-driven assistants integrated into the site:
• Scheduling & reminders: an agent that lets patients book or change appointments on their own and automatically sends confirmations, follow-ups, and no-show reminders.
• Customer support: a conversational assistant that can answer common questions about services, location, insurance, and portal use, handing off to staff only when necessary.
The finished solution should be responsive on all devices, easy for my team to update, and built with reliable, well-documented tools (for example, WordPress or a comparable CMS paired with a secure database and an API-friendly AI service such as OpenAI or Dialogflow). Please include any relevant compliance best practices for handling personal health information.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Fully deployed website with the requested pages and patient portal.
2. Two functional AI agents integrated and tested.
3. A short hand-over guide covering basic content edits, AI fine-tuning, and maintenance.
