School Building Structural Detailing

I am preparing construction documents for a new school and now need a full structural package that goes beyond simple plans. What I am looking for is a set of clear, build-ready drawings that show every reinforcement detail and provide an accurate quantity take-off of steel. Scope The package must cover the entire structure—foundation, load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, and roof framing—with specific detailing for beams, columns, and slabs. You may use any professional CAD platform you prefer (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent), as long as the final files are delivered in both editable DWG and print-ready PDF. Deliverables • General arrangement plans, sections, and elevations for the foundation, walls, and roof • Reinforcement detailing sheets for beams, columns, and slabs (including bar marks and spacing) • Bar bending schedule and consolidated steel quantity summary • Short explanatory notes highlighting design assumptions and any code references used Acceptance I will review for completeness (all elements included), clarity of detailing, and consistency between drawings and the steel schedule. Once everything aligns, the milestone will be released.
