Project Description
The building’s electrical power distribution was modified several times during construction and the current set of as-built drawings no longer reflects reality. I have a partially updated package—marked-up PDFs and a few CAD layers—yet many circuits, panel schedules, and feeder routes still need to be verified, drafted, and brought to a professional finish.
Here is what I need from you:
• Walk my incomplete documentation through to a fully coordinated, CAD-ready as-built set that an inspector or future contractor can trust.
• Trace, correct, and annotate all power distribution elements: mains, switchgear, sub-panels, conduit runs, cable sizes, and breaker information.
• Keep the lighting and emergency systems separate; the scope for now is strictly power, but leave the drawing structure flexible so those other systems could be added later without rework.
• Deliver native DWG files plus clean, plotted PDFs at ARCH D.
I will supply:
– The existing red-lines and outdated DWGs.
– Photos of panel directories and any field sketches I have.
– Phone or video access to walk you through areas that changed but never made it onto paper.
Acceptance criteria: every panel schedule must reconcile with the feeders shown, conductor sizes must align with the latest load calculations I provide, and all revisions must be clouded with a dated revision block.
Please use AutoCAD (any recent version is fine) and adhere to standard commercial electrical symbols and layer conventions. Once you’ve reviewed my source files, let’s agree on a brief milestone plan so we can track progress efficiently.
