Project Description
I have a set of 2 D CAD drawings that now need two specific changes: some key dimensions must be updated and several new elements added to bring the file in line with our latest design intent. Once the 2 D work is signed off, I also need high-definition product renderings created for use in upcoming marketing materials.
Here’s how I see the workflow:
• Phase 1 – CAD amendments
- Open my existing DWG files in AutoCAD (or compatible software)
- Adjust the noted dimensions exactly as marked in the red-line PDF I will supply
- Introduce the new components shown on the sketch overlay, maintaining layer discipline for easy future edits
- Return the revised source file plus a clean PDF set for review
• Phase 2 – 3 D & rendering
- Build or refine the 3 D model from the approved 2 D geometry in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar (I’m flexible)
- Generate photorealistic product renders in 4K resolution, white-background and atmospheric variants, suitable for web banners, brochures, and large posters
- Provide final images as PNG and layered PSD, along with the native scene/asset files (e.g., .MAX, .BLEND, or KeyShot package) so we can tweak lighting later if needed
Acceptance criteria
✓ All revised dimensions match the supplied mark-ups
✓ New elements integrate seamlessly and are fully constrained in the model
✓ Minimum of three unique camera angles, delivered at 3840 × 2160 pixels, free of noise or fireflies
✓ Color, finishes, and labels reflect the brand guideline PDF I will share
Timeline: I’d like the CAD updates back within three days of project start, with the final renders no later than one week after CAD approval.
If you have questions about the product geometry, required materials, or preferred render engine, let me know and I’ll get you the reference packs right away.
