My vacation home recently went through a small interior change: the double-height loft was closed in and framed into a brand-new room. Because the work is already complete, I now need a full drawing package prepared by a licensed architect or engineer so I can submit an as-built (retroactive) permit application to the local authority.
Please base the documents on on-site measurements you receive from me (photos, sketches, dimensions) and any clarification we discuss. No jurisdiction-specific code references have been provided, so use generally accepted residential standards and your professional stamp.
Deliverables
• Scaled floor plans showing the updated room layout
• Interior elevation drawings that reflect the enclosure work
• Building section(s) illustrating the former open-to-below condition and the new floor/ceiling assembly
• Title block, legend, and any notes required for permit intake, all signed and sealed
Send the final set as a PDF suitable for direct upload plus the native CAD file so the building department can request revisions if needed.
