Project Description
I need reliable help confirming that the customer-service phone numbers listed on company websites are still accurate and live. For each company you verify, I also want the best matching email address captured so I can cross-reference contacts in our CRM.
Here’s how the workflow should look from your side:
• Visit the official company site, locate the customer‐service number, call or otherwise confirm it connects correctly, and note any IVR wording that proves it’s genuine.
• Record the source URL so I can audit the research later.
• Capture one valid email address linked to customer support or general inquiries.
I’m using this data for ongoing lead research and contact-data enrichment, so precision matters more than volume. Return everything in a clean spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel) with columns for Company Name, Verified Phone, Source URL, Contact Email, and a quick status note (e.g., “answered,” “voicemail,” “disconnected”).
If you’re already comfortable with data verification, lead research, and email finding, this should be straightforward. Accuracy and clear documentation will be the key benchmarks for acceptance.
