I run a real estate company and need to fully operationalize Lofty as our internal system while we build our long-term platform (Agent Edge). I need Lofty configured to support a real, working sales operation with clear roles, clean data, and reliable automation. It is already operational in my company so initial setup is complete. --- ## Scope You will be responsible for structuring Lofty so it functions as: * the central system for lead tracking, communication, and deal flow * a clean, usable pipeline for daily operations * a reliable follow-up system that does not feel robotic --- ## What I need built • Clean data structure * leads, prospects, active clients clearly defined * no duplication issues * consistent tagging and status logic • Pipeline mapping * from first contact → under contract → closed * must reflect how a real real estate team operates * must be accurate and usable for reporting • Role-based workflow * I handle all new inbound clients * Admin (Whitney) handles scheduling and ongoing coordination * Mortgage is handled separately * System must reflect this clearly • Automation (practical, not overbuilt) * follow-up sequences (text, email, task) * missed lead / slow response recovery * internal task creation for team * must feel natural, not spammy • System clarity * team must be able to open Lofty and understand exactly: * where a lead is * what needs to happen next * who owns it • Integration guidance * recommend any supporting tools if needed * Lofty remains the center — no messy stack --- ## Deliverables • Fully configured Lofty system • Clean pipeline and automation structure • Basic documentation or short walkthrough video • System must be usable immediately by my team --- ## Acceptance Criteria * Pipeline reflects real business activity accurately * No confusion about lead ownership or stage * Automations trigger correctly and feel natural * Team can operate without additional coaching * No duplicate or messy data issues --- ## What I am NOT looking for * generic CRM setup * overcomplicated automation * “marketing funnel” builders * someone who pushes everything into workflows without thinking through operations --- ## To apply Tell me: 1.
