Project Description
I need a modern, secure website that brings all of our hospital services online in a way that is clear for patients and easy for our staff to keep up-to-date. The core of the site will be detailed pages for each department, with special attention given to Emergency, Specialty Care, and Outpatient units so visitors can understand exactly what we offer before they ever arrive on campus.
Patient-centric functionality is essential. I want an end-to-end appointment booking system that lets visitors check availability and confirm a time in just a few clicks, a secure login portal that becomes the patient’s personal dashboard, real-time online consultation capability, and a friendly chatbot to answer routine questions at any hour. A visual gallery should showcase our facilities, and an integrated payment gateway must let patients settle bills or co-pays without leaving the site. Everything needs to work seamlessly on mobile as well as desktop.
A clean, intuitive CMS will allow our internal team to post service updates, doctor profiles, and health bulletins without touching code. I’m open to your recommended tech stack—whether that’s WordPress with custom plugins, a Laravel/Vue build, or another solution—so long as performance, security, and scalability are covered.
Acceptance criteria
• Fully responsive site launched on our hosting environment
• Department pages for Emergency, Specialty Care, and Outpatient completed with placeholder copy ready for our content team
• Live appointment booking, patient portal, online consultation module, chatbot, gallery, and payment gateway functioning and tested
• Administrative panel with role-based access and user guide
• Handover of source code, credentials, and basic training session for our staff
