Project Description
This is a software system procurement. We need a transit scheduling and dispatch platform with:
- Automated trip booking (phone, web, mobile app)
- Automated dispatching and routing
- Door-to-door paratransit management
- ~36 on-demand stops in the Hamlet
- Driver tablet/smartphone interface
- Customer account management + eligibility tracking
- Digital fare management (replacing cash/punch passes)
- Reporting/analytics for operations and billing
- Integration with County IT environment
- Cloud or local hosting with defined data centre location
Scale: ~1,144 trips/month, 3-vehicle fleet (+ future growth), 6 days/week
Timeline expectation: Fully implemented within 4 months of contract award.
