I’m kicking off a new software initiative and need an experienced developer who can take it from a rough idea to a working product. The functional requirements are still being shaped, so your first task will be to help me capture user stories, translate them into a clear technical roadmap, and recommend the best stack—whether that turns out to be Python, JavaScript, Java, or a blend that fits the problem best. After the roadmap is approved, I’ll rely on you to build an MVP in short, reviewable milestones, commit all work through Git, and keep the code clean, well-documented, and fully tested. Good communication is essential: I want frequent check-ins, upfront estimates of effort, and honest feedback on technical trade-offs.
