Project Description
You will receive:
• We can discuss what you need from me and how you can assist in finalizing the design.
I can provide images, and some CAD files of what I have so far.
What I need from you:
• A formal review of the framing layout, connections, footings and load paths in accordance with current residential code (IRC/IBC or equivalent for my jurisdiction)
• Any red-line comments or revision notes if something must be adjusted to meet code
• Final signed and sealed calculations and a certification letter (digital stamp accepted) suitable for direct submission to the permit office
Please let me know your turnaround time, the state(s) in which you hold your PE license, and any additional information you require before starting.
