Excel Training for Intermediate Users

I'm seeking an Excel trainer for one or more "lunch and learn" sessions. The trainees are intermediate users and need to enhance their skills in: - Pivot Tables - Data Analysis Tools - CoPilot Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Excel, especially in the above topics - Experience in conducting engaging "lunch and learn" sessions - Ability to simplify complex topics for intermediate users It would be online for about 100 users, for 1, possibly 1.5 hours. We're a health insurance company based in Austin but most of our employees work remotely.
