### **Role Overview**
We are looking for highly motivated, performance-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling.
This is a **commission-only role** designed for individuals who are hungry, disciplined, and ready to earn based on performance. Top performers will have the opportunity to transition into a **full-time salaried role within 90 days**.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct a minimum of **100 outbound calls per day** to SMBs
* Prospect businesses across:
* North Carolina
* South Carolina
* Georgia
* Virginia
* Identify decision-makers (business owners, operators)
* Qualify prospects and generate interest in digital signage solutions
* Book qualified meetings directly on the founder’s calendar via **HubSpot**
* Maintain accurate activity tracking within CRM

* **Per Qualified Meeting Booked:** Paid per meeting that shows
* **Closed Deal Commission:** **2% of total deal value**
