My main objective is straightforward: turn our social-media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn into a dependable stream of qualified leads and direct sales. To do that I need a marketer who can plan, build, and optimise campaigns—organic and paid—that speak to each platform’s audience while keeping messaging consistent across the board.
Here’s what I have in mind. First, you’ll audit our current profiles and any historical ad data, then shape a data-driven strategy that outlines target personas, key offers, and a posting / ad schedule. Next comes creative production: thumb-stopping visuals, concise copy, and clear calls-to-action tailored for Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Reels & Stories, and LinkedIn Sponsored Content. Once campaigns go live, daily optimisation is crucial; I want you split-testing creatives, refining audience segments, and adjusting bids so that cost-per-lead keeps trending down.
To ensure we stay on track, I’ll expect weekly performance reports pulled straight from platform analytics, covering reach, engagement, click-through, conversion, and—most important—lead quality. We’ll meet briefly each week to review results, agree on tweaks, and lock the next sprint of content.
