I need to sharpen my sales and marketing engine with ChatGPT so it reliably pulls in fresh leads. The brief is focused on lead generation for both B2B and B2C segments, so the framework must adapt its tone and messaging to two distinct audiences without doubling my effort.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A concise workflow that shows how conversational AI can attract, qualify, and segment new prospects.
• Ready-to-use prompt templates for ChatGPT that cover outreach messages, ad copy, and social snippets—each versioned for B2B and B2C.
• Practical guidance on wiring these AI touchpoints into the CRM and email platform I already use (Zapier, Make, native APIs—whichever is the cleanest route).
Acceptance criteria
1. Strategy document explaining each step, recommended metrics, and the exact GPT model settings you suggest.
2. Six tested prompts (three B2B, three B2C) delivered in a shareable file.
3. An integration guide or short Loom walkthrough that shows leads flowing automatically into the pipeline.
Keep the language simple, avoid jargon, and ensure every asset can be implemented by someone with only light technical skills.
