Usability, UX and QA audit for a B2B/B2C SaaS

I'm looking for a freelancer to run a usability, UX and QA audit on my SaaS product Signalum (signalumai.com), a back-office for experts to turn source material like YouTube videos, Instagram posts and audio into long-form articles, FAQs and public expert hubs. I've prepared two documents to brief the work: User manual (v3) describing the intended end-to-end product experience, business rules and concrete limits. Test plan (v3) with workflows organized by category (functional, qualitative UX, Nielsen heuristics, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, FR/EN consistency), a coverage matrix and explicit done criteria. The scope I want a quote on: functional QA on Live workflows (categories 1 to 12), qualitative and quantitative UX testing (category 13, 5 to 8 participants), Nielsen heuristics and empty-state audit (category 14), WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility audit including keyboard navigation and screen reader testing (category 15), FR/EN consistency checks (category 16), final report with prioritized findings (P0 to P3), screenshots, screen recordings and recommendations.
