Project Description
I want to launch a clean, responsive website whose sole purpose is to showcase my work through high-quality videos. The site will serve as an online portfolio, so the layout should put the videos front and center while keeping navigation intuitive and minimal.
Key objectives
• Build the site from scratch (or customize a lightweight theme) with fast load times and mobile-first responsiveness.
• Integrate an easy way for me to upload, replace, and reorder videos without touching code—WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly user-friendly CMS is fine, as long as it stays lightweight.
• Design a visually striking home page that auto-plays a muted show-reel thumbnail or hero video, followed by a grid or carousel of individual projects.
• Include basic pages for About, Contact, and a simple inquiry form that routes messages to my email.
• Optimize each video player for cross-browser compatibility and lazy-loading so visitors don’t experience lag.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional website hosted on my chosen platform.
2. Administrator login and brief hand-off guide explaining how to add new videos and update text.
3. Source files and any custom code or design assets you create.
4. Two rounds of minor revisions after initial delivery to fine-tune layout or performance.
