I am installing a 94 Ah pack in my 2014 BMW i3 BEV and now need the electronic side finalised so the car treats the new pack as native. The job involves pairing the replacement BMS to the car’s VIN, coding every relevant module to the official 94 Ah profile, clearing any high-voltage contactor or crash flags that might remain, and making sure all State-of-Charge, charging-limit and thermal-management logic works exactly as it should. Whether you prefer ISTA/D, E-Sys or another proven BMW toolchain is up to you; I just care that the coding is done correctly and safely. I value demonstrable experience in BMW/i-Series coding, so please highlight similar work you have completed. Deliverables (all required): • Completed VIN pairing and module coding for 94 Ah specification • Verification that HV contactors reset and no crash flags are present • Functional tests confirming correct SOC display, charge limits and thermal behaviour • Confirmation package: both screenshots and raw session logs for every step I will test drive and fast-charge the car; successful work is accepted once no related faults appear and all values align with the 94 Ah parameters.
