The Session Manager in my Avaya Aura environment is dropping registrations and intermittently losing SIP connectivity. All other Aura components appear healthy, so I need focused troubleshooting and ongoing support that zeroes-in on the Session Manager layer. Scope of work • Identify the root cause of the connectivity problems through log analysis, SIP traces, and real-time monitoring. • Apply or guide me through the corrective actions (routing tweaks, replication fixes, network adjustments, or patch installation) without disrupting active services. • Document the changes and provide a short report outlining what was found, what was fixed, and recommended preventive steps. Acceptance criteria 1. Stable SIP connectivity for all registered endpoints for at least 48 hours after the fix. 2. No new alarms in System Manager related to replication or link status. 3. Delivery of the final report in PDF or Word format. Remote access to System Manager/Session Manager along with root credentials will be supplied once we agree on the engagement. Familiarity with Avaya logs (traceSM, traceSBC, etc.) and standard Aura administration tools is essential so the issue can be resolved quickly and cleanly.
