Auli Resort 3D Masterplan

I have a partially completed resort project in Auli: every building block—guest rooms, reception, service cores—has already been modelled. What remains is the full 3D site development that pulls these pieces together into one photorealistic masterplan. Here’s what I need you to tackle: • Place each existing block accurately on the terrain, respecting levels and views. • Design a clear internal road that runs from the main gate to every area on the property, with workable turning radii, surface detailing and discreet parking pockets. • Flesh out the outdoor spaces with colourful gardens, layered flower beds, a few focal water features (small ponds or low-spray fountains) and inviting walking trails that meander through the landscape. • Apply realistic texturing, lighting and vegetation so the final visuals feel true to life—these renders will be shown to investors and local authorities. Preferred toolsets include SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, D5 or similar; just ensure the master file remains fully editable. Deliverables • Consolidated 3D site model with all buildings, roads and landscape elements organised in layers. • Minimum three high-resolution (4K) still renders from key viewpoints showcasing the realistic style. • A PDF masterplan drawing highlighting road alignment and landscape zones. • Exported FBX/OBJ along with the native source file.
