I need reliable support uploading our curated portfolio of five-star hotels to the major affiliate networks each day. You will work from a pre-approved list of properties and a running schedule that tells you which hotels go live and on which platform—most often Booking.com and Expedia, with the flexibility to add other high-value channels when we see an opportunity.
Each listing must read with the same elegance and sophistication guests experience on-site, so accurate room details, refined copy and flawless imagery are non-negotiable. The tone stays formal and professional throughout; think concierge desk rather than travel blog.
Daily expectations
• Publish the agreed number of new properties before close of business, tagging them with our tracking links and promotional assets.
• Double-check every rate, amenity, and photo against the source sheet to ensure brand consistency.
• Flag any data conflicts or missing assets immediately so we never compromise on quality.
Deliverables are accepted when the listings are live, error-free, and visible in each affiliate dashboard with our tracking IDs functioning. Quick screen captures or dashboard links will serve as proof of completion.
