I have an industrial-grade warehouse that now needs a professional structural once-over before we move forward with new storage layouts and permitting. The scope is twofold:
• Structural analysis – run full calculations on the existing steel frame, slab, and roof system to confirm load-bearing capacity for pallet racking and future mezzanine loads, plus wind and seismic compliance with local code.
• Inspection and verification – review on-site conditions (field visit or detailed virtual walk-through), flag discrepancies between drawings and reality, and verify any areas that might require reinforcement.
Deliverables I must receive: a stamped calculation report, clearly marked drawings showing any deficiencies or recommended upgrades, and a concise inspection summary that I can hand straight to the permitting office. If you prefer specific tools such as STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or Tekla, mention them along with your estimated turnaround and any similar warehouse projects you have tackled.
