Project Description
I need full-building plumbing isometrics—both DWV and potable water—for a four-storey, 14-unit apartment block in Seattle. The plans must satisfy current UPC requirements as amended by the City (seismic bracing, clean-out spacing, venting offsets, flushing valves, etc.) so they can be dropped straight into the permit set without redlines.
You will receive complete architectural and structural PDFs plus the CAD backgrounds to build from. Please return layered AutoCAD (.dwg) files that clearly separate sanitary, vent, and domestic cold/hot runs, along with a plotted PDF sheet set ready for upload to the SDCI portal.
Deliverables
• One DWV isometric per vertical stack, code-labeled with pipe sizes, slopes, clean-outs, and vent terminations
• One domestic water isometric per riser, showing meter bank, PRVs, backflow, branch sizing, and shut-offs
• Title block using our project information, north arrow, scale, and revision table
• A brief compliance note citing relevant UPC/Seattle amendments
I will review for accuracy against the architect’s layout; final acceptance is a permit-ready submission with no correction cycles triggered by plumbing comments.
