Job Title: AI-Powered Marketing Assistant (Hair/Grooming Niche)
About the Role:
I am a founder of a growing hair and beard oil brand, currently working full-time while scaling my business. I am looking for a tech-forward Marketing Assistant who uses AI tools to work faster and smarter. You will be responsible for maintaining our social presence, managing outreach, and scaling our UGC (User Generated Content) efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Content Transformation: Use AI tools (like Munch, Descript, or Midjourney) to turn raw product footage into high-performing Reels/TikToks and professional stills.
UGC Management: Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with small-to-midsize creators to get authentic video reviews and "how-to" content for our oils.
Smart Scheduling: Manage a weekly content calendar using automation tools (Buffer/Later/Meta Business Suite).
Copywriting: Use AI to draft engaging captions, email newsletters, and product descriptions that sound human and on-brand.
Engagement: Spend 30 mins/day engaging with our community and potential leads to drive organic growth.
Required Skills:
AI Proficiency: Must be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT/Claude (for strategy), Canva Magic Studio, and AI video editors.
UGC Experience: Proven ability to find and vet creators who fit a specific aesthetic (Haircare/Grooming).
Niche Knowledge: A basic understanding of the beauty/grooming industry is a plus.
Organization: Since I work a 9-to-5, I need someone who can work independently and provide a weekly progress report.
Workload: 10 hours per week to start.
Monthly starting - $200 (plus bonus based on sales)
