My Google Ads account has been live for a while, yet sales are lagging behind projections. I need a clear-eyed performance analysis with a laser focus on conversion rate.
The account already has proper tracking tags installed and enough historical data; what it lacks is insight. I’d like a structured audit that pinpoints wasted spend, uncovers high-intent keywords and audiences, and shows precisely where the funnel is leaking. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and (if useful) Looker Studio are all available for you to pull raw data and craft visuals.
Please dive into campaigns, ad groups, keywords, extensions, audiences, bidding strategies, landing-page relevance—anything that influences conversions. Highlight both quick wins and longer-term adjustments.
Deliverables
• A concise written report (PDF or Slides) summarising findings
• A spreadsheet of key metrics before vs. after proposed changes
• A prioritised action plan with estimated impact for each recommendation
Acceptance criteria
• Every recommendation is backed by data pulled from the account, not generic best-practice notes
• Conversion-rate improvement opportunities are quantified (e.g., projected uplift percentages or potential CPA reduction)
• All screenshots or data exports use current-month and historical comparison periods for context
Turnaround within one week is ideal. Access can be granted via read-only or MCC link upon award.
