Project Description
I’m building a website whose entire user experience revolves around realistic, real-time 3D. Every menu, transition, and content area should feel alive — think drag-to-rotate product views, smooth camera movements between sections, and subtle micro-interactions that respond to a cursor or touch gesture. I do not yet have any 3D assets, so you’ll be responsible for modeling, texturing, and optimizing everything that appears on screen.
You’re free to pick the best tools for the job — Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js, GSAP, Blender, or any pipeline that achieves cinematic realism without sacrificing load time. What matters is that the final site stays performant on modern desktop and mobile browsers, degrades gracefully on lower-end devices, and remains easy for me to update via a lightweight CMS or well-commented code.
Deliverables
• Fully responsive website coded and deployed to a test server
• All custom 3D models, textures, and source files (Blender or equivalent)
• Integrated interactive animations driven in real time through WebGL/Three.js (or similar)
• Clear build instructions and minimal documentation so I can extend the project later
• Models are optimized (poly count, texture size, compression) to keep initial page load under 5 MB
• No visual tearing or shader glitches across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, let’s discuss your approach and timeline.
