I want to give my insurance clients a convenient, modern way to interact with us from their phones, so I’m commissioning a dedicated mobile app. The primary objective is simple: boost engagement and satisfaction by putting every key touch-point in one intuitive place.
Core functionality I need built
• Policy management tools – clients must be able to view active policies, download documents, request changes, and receive renewal reminders.
• Quote & premium calculators – quick, user-friendly forms that return accurate estimates on the spot.
• Live chat support – in-app real-time messaging so users can reach an agent without leaving the app.
I’m open on the tech stack as long as the final product runs smoothly on both iOS and Android, integrates securely with our current policy database (REST API available), and can scale to new features later.
Successful delivery means:
• A polished, branded mobile app published to both app stores.
• Source code and build instructions handed over.
• Basic analytics set up so we can track usage and engagement.
• A brief hand-off session showing my team how to manage content and respond to chats.
