Since its a Demo project only. I don't have whatsapp meta developer account or any other API. For demo you will have to use your resources, i'll pay for that.
I run a health-insurance help desk that lives primarily on WhatsApp and I now want a conversational bot to take the pressure off my human agents. The bot must:
• hold natural, back-and-forth chats in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil and Marathi
• answer everyday policy questions once user upload their policy or claim document and general FAQs with confidence
• walk members through the claims process step-by-step, collecting documents or photos when needed . There should be pdf or image uploading feature and it should scan the uploaded document and help user.
• explain plan benefits, coverage limits and eligibility in plain language, then escalate smoothly to a live agent whenever the customer requests human help or the topic moves beyond the bot’s scope.
The flow should feel personal, compliant with WhatsApp Business rules, and work seamlessly on the existing number. I will supply our current FAQ sheet, claims SOP and plan brochures; you will transform that content into intents, entities and rich replies. I am open to Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework or another stack you prefer, as long as it connects reliably through the official WhatsApp Cloud API and can be handed off to my CRM via webhook.
Deliverables I need to sign off:
1. Conversation design file covering all intents, fallback and escalation paths
2. Working bot deployed to my WhatsApp Business account in a staging environment, connected to our webhook endpoint
3. User and admin documentation, including instructions for future content updates
4. Final production push plus a quick video walkthrough of the setup
I consider the job complete once I can chat with the bot, receive correct answers in any of the six languages, and file a test claim from start to finish without errors.
