Project Description
I need a Texas-licensed Civil Engineer to take my existing go-kart track drawings and turn them into a city-compliant site permit package. The track is already built, so you will be working on an “as-built” submission that shows the current layout, confirms safe ingress/egress, and documents parking counts.
Your primary task is to strengthen the safety narrative. The city will be looking closely at:
• Barriers and guardrails sized and placed to current code
• Clearly marked emergency evacuation routes tied into site circulation
• Fire safety measures integrated into the overall plan, including hydrant coverage and extinguisher stations
I will supply CAD files of the track, topographic survey, and an aerial base. You refine these into sealed civil drawings, add any required calculations or notes, and prepare a concise permitting report that walks the reviewer through how we meet every city requirement.
Deliverables (PDF and DWG):
1. Signed and sealed site plan set ready for city intake
2. Written code compliance summary addressing the above safety features
3. Any supporting drainage or traffic worksheets the city may request
I am ready to answer questions quickly so we can move this through the municipal review cycle without delays.
