Brand-Aligned Training Materials Rebuild (Template-Based System) I am seeking a designer to apply an established PowerPoint and Word template system across licensed training materials to create a consistent, fully branded learning library. Important: This is not a design-from-scratch project. Master templates for both PowerPoint and Word have already been developed and approved. This project is focused on structured application, consistency, and scalability across multiple courses. Project Structure Work will be assigned per course (fixed price per class). Each course includes: PowerPoint deck (~60–80 slides) Instructor guide (~60+ pages) Student guide (~40–50 pages) Supporting handouts (~10 pages) Future work will include additional courses following the same structure. Scope of Work (Per Course) 1. PowerPoint Application Apply approved Slide Master template Migrate and format all slides into structured layouts Ensure full placeholder functionality (no manual overrides) Replace images with appropriate licensed or public-domain visuals 2. Training Guides (Word) Apply established document template and style hierarchy Ensure Heading styles support automated TOC generation Maintain consistent formatting, spacing, and layout Align visual language with PowerPoint system 3. Supporting Materials Apply branding to handouts and supporting documents Maintain consistency across all assets Key Requirements PowerPoint Must use Slide Master properly (no manual formatting overrides) Fully editable placeholders Consistent layout system and alignment grid Template must support future reuse Word Documents Proper use of Heading styles (TOC must auto-generate correctly) Stable pagination and formatting when content is added Clean, scalable template structure Deliverables (Per Course) PPTX (fully editable) DOCX (fully editable) PDF versions (optional) Engagement Model Fixed-price per course Multiple courses will be assigned over time Work will follow a repeatable production process using approved templates Ideal Candidate Strong experience with PowerPoint Slide Master systems Experience formatting training or instructional materials Advanced Word document formatting (styles, TOC, templates) Detail-oriented with structured workflow approach To Apply Please include: 2–3 examples of PowerPoint templates (not just slides) 2–3 examples of structured Word documents (with TOC) Confirmation of experience with Slide Master and Word styles Important Note Full course materials will be shared after project award.
