I need an end-to-end application that runs smoothly on Web, Android and iOS and presents a clean, corporate-style interface. The core requirement is to match every feature available in the free tier of the MyBillBook app and then extend it with several business-critical additions.
Key functions include invoicing, automated tax/GST calculation, real-time product inventory tracking, full accounting ledgers, category-based document uploads (with quick search and retrieval), editable PDF export for any invoice or AI generated report, and granular data-sharing controls so I can grant or revoke access to selected customers, suppliers or staff. All data must sync instantly across multiple devices and remain accessible even if one device goes offline temporarily.
The workflow I have in mind is straightforward: a single sign-on leads to a dashboard where sales billing, expenses, inventory and documents sit in clearly separated yet connected modules. Reports—profit & loss, stock valuation, tax summaries—should generate in one tap and be available in both on-screen and downloadable PDF formats.

• Testted and Production-ready white label web app plus native (or cross-compiled) Android and iOS builds
• Secure backend with role-based access, real-time sync and cloud backup
• Source code, build scripts and deployment notes I can reuse on my own server or cloud account
• A short user guide that covers installation, everyday tasks and backup/restore procedures
• Thirty-day bug-fix support after hand-over
• Support for at least 1 month or more

I’m flexible on the tech stack—Flutter, React Native, or separate Kotlin/Swift apps for mobile are all fine as long as performance is solid and the corporate look is preserved. Please keep database design open and scalable; I expect several thousand invoices and documents per month.
