I’m ready to take my brick-and-mortar boutique online and need a full-featured e-commerce site focused on Traditional Indian attire, starting with an initial catalogue of sarees. The goal is a clean, mobile-friendly storefront that reflects the richness of the garments while guiding shoppers smoothly from browsing to checkout.
Core functions I must see live on launch:
• Product reviews so customers can share real experiences
• Wishlist capability to encourage return visits and higher cart values
• Real-time live-chat support for style and sizing questions
Beyond those, I’ll rely on your expertise for a secure payment gateway, shipping rate calculation, inventory control, SEO-ready structure and an intuitive admin dashboard where I can upload new collections without touching code.
Preferred stack is open—Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build—so long as it is stable, easy for a non-technical owner to manage and scales when I add kurtas, lehengas and accessories later.
Deliverables
• Fully responsive e-commerce website, tested across major browsers and devices
• Integration of the three features listed above, functioning flawlessly
• On-page SEO basics (meta, schema, clean URLs) in place
• Training session or documentation so I can add products, manage orders and view analytics
Acceptance criteria: site loads in under 3 seconds on 4G, checkout encrypts data end-to-end, and all listed features are demonstrated live before final sign-off.
