Project Description
I need a polished executive dashboard built in Sisense that gives senior leadership a real-time, high-level view of our most critical business data. All core metrics should be consolidated from our various sources, modelled in Sisense’s Elasticubes, and surfaced through clear visualisations.
Visual style
The decision makers here respond best to Bar charts, Line graphs and Pie charts, so each KPI panel should employ whichever of those formats communicates the trend or comparison most clearly. Consistent colour themes and concise labelling are essential for quick scanning during board meetings.
Scope of work
• Connect and blend the data we provide (expect multiple SQL and SaaS feeds).
• Design an intuitive, role-based layout that loads quickly on web and tablet.
• Implement drill-downs and filter interactions so leaders can move from the big picture to granular detail without leaving the dashboard.
• Set up scheduled data refreshes and basic alerting inside Sisense to flag exceptions automatically.
• Document the data model, widget logic and any custom scripts so my internal analyst can maintain it after hand-over.
Acceptance criteria
1. All agreed data feeds populate a single Elasticube with no manual intervention.
2. Dashboard renders in under 3 seconds on a standard company laptop.
3. Every metric has at least one Bar, Line or Pie visual backed by a verifiable calculation.
4. Hand-over pack includes a PDF walkthrough, .dash export, and Git repo (if custom JS/SQL used).
If you’re comfortable pushing the limits of Sisense BloX, scripting for advanced interactivity, or suggesting better visual cues, note that in your proposal—I’m open to refinements that improve clarity and speed up insight.
