Job Description
We are looking for a reliable freelancer to support real estate research and investment analysis across European markets.
The role involves conducting structured research on real estate opportunities, compiling data, and presenting insights in clear and professional formats such as PowerPoint presentations.
This position starts as a test project, with potential for ongoing collaboration and additional responsibilities if the quality of work is strong.
Responsibilities
Conduct real estate market research across selected European cities
Analyze property data and investment potential
Organize findings into structured reports or PowerPoint presentations
Deliver clear, data-driven insights in a professional format
Requirements
Must be based in Europe (Schengen area)
Fluent in English and Persian language is a must
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to present structured and clear reports
Experience in real estate, market research, or business analysis is a plus
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Work Structure
Remote work
Initial paid test project
Long-term collaboration possible based on performance
Occasional future collaboration may include travel-based coordination (not required at start)
