Job Description: Marketing Strategist Role: Freelance / Project-Based Brand: I Hear You Location: Remote (India preferred) About the Brand “I Hear You” is an anonymous digital platform where individuals can express their thoughts, struggles, and emotions freely without judgment. The platform is built on empathy, privacy, and emotional connection, aiming to create a safe space for unheard voices. Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Strategist (Freelance) who can design and execute high-impact growth strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition for “I Hear You.” This role requires someone who understands consumer psychology, digital virality, and emotionally driven content, and can translate insights into scalable marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning Identify high-impact channels for user acquisition Plan and execute campaigns to drive organic growth and brand recall 2. Content & Campaign Direction Conceptualize emotionally resonant campaigns that align with the platform’s tone Guide content strategy across formats (short-form video, text-based content, campaigns) Collaborate with creative teams/tools to ensure consistent storytelling 3. Community & Distribution Strategy Build and scale distribution channels Identify and manage micro-influencer collaborations Drive engagement loops and user-generated content strategies 4. Performance & Optimization Track key metrics: user acquisition, engagement, retention Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly Provide actionable insights backed by data 5. Brand Positioning & Trust Building Strengthen brand voice around anonymity, safety, and emotional connection Develop strategies to build credibility and user trust Requirements MBA in Marketing (mandatory) 0–3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand strategy Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and social media platforms Experience with content-driven growth strategies is preferred Ability to think creatively while executing analytically Compensation Freelance / Project-based (to be discussed based on experience and scope)
