Project Description
I need our Odoo 19.2 + e environment configured so that both the Main Company and our Subsidiary Factory can run day-to-day finance and stock operations without work-arounds or spreadsheets.
Scope
I want the Accounting app set up end-to-end: multi-currency enabled, a clean chart of accounts, opening balances migrated, and fully working Accounts Payable/Receivable flows. Local VAT (or any other applicable tax) must calculate correctly and feed straight into Financial Reporting. Although Bank Reconciliation is not a first-phase requirement, your configuration should leave room for it to be activated later with minimal rework.
At the same time, I need a basic but solid Inventory foundation—locations, product categories, valuation method, and automatic journal entries—so that every stock movement hits the books instantly and accurately.
Key Deliverables
• Configured Accounting and Inventory modules for two companies, sharing the same database but keeping ledgers clearly separated
• Imported opening balances and starting stock quantities with audit trails
• Working multi-currency, tax rules, and standard financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) matching our current numbers
• Short hand-over guide and a couple of training sessions to make sure my finance team can close the month without you
Acceptance
The job is complete when I can post vendor bills, customer invoices, and inventory receipts for either entity, run the built-in reports, and have the figures tie back to our legacy system within an agreed tolerance. I will test with real data before sign-off, so please schedule enough support time for fixes after UAT.
