Ireland SIP Calls With Hold Music

I need a reliable Ireland-based SIP solution that lets me call and receive calls to Irish phone numbers entirely online. The critical point is that the provider must NOT require any ID or KYC verification; I simply don’t have those documents. Once live, callers placed on hold should hear music automatically. This is strictly for my own personal use, not for business or resale, so capacity can stay modest as long as quality is clear and latency low. I’m comfortable configuring a soft-phone or lightweight PBX myself if you supply the trunk details, but I’m equally happy to let you handle the setup end-to-end.
