Project Description
We are seeking an experienced contractor with strong hands-on expertise in · Oracle Digital Customer Service (DCS)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Oracle VBCS and DCS-based solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using VBCS, integrated with Oracle CX suite.
• Customize and extend Oracle Digital Customer Service (DCS) to meet business requirements.
• Integrate VBCS/DCS applications with Oracle backend systems and third-party services using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Provide technical leadership and code reviews to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud roadmap and suggest innovations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle VBCS and · Oracle Digital Customer Service (DCS)
• Strong understanding of Oracle CX architecture and components.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST API integration.
