I represent a well-established manufacturer of hospital furniture and turnkey medical-equipment solutions. To accelerate our expansion in East Africa, I am opening a long-term agency opportunity for driven sales professionals who already understand—or are ready to master—the healthcare supply chain.
Your day-to-day work will centre on Hospitals, Clinics and Specialty Centers, nurturing relationships with procurement teams, biomedical engineers and senior administrators. You will promote a fully certified product line that ranges from ward beds and ICU trolleys to theatre lights and diagnostic units, then steer each lead through quotation, tender submission, order finalisation and after-sales support.
The ideal partner brings:
• A solid record in healthcare or medical-equipment sales; however, seasoned sales talent from other industries is welcome if you can demonstrate fast learning and a consultative approach.
• Existing contacts in the regional healthcare sector, or the resourcefulness to build them quickly.
• Enough technical curiosity to grasp product specs and articulate value rather than price alone.
I will supply detailed catalogues, factory-backed training, marketing collateral, freight logistics support and a transparent commission structure that rewards both new and repeat business. You will provide a concise 90-day market-entry plan before kickoff, keep a weekly pipeline update and aim to land the first purchase order inside three months—those milestones trigger progressive commission tiers and open doors to wider territory rights.
