Freelancer Project Brief — Custom Xero Branding Theme (.docx Templates) I am looking for an experienced designer to create a fully‑custom branded theme for use across the entire range of Xero .docx templates. This includes (but is not limited to): • Quotes • Invoices (all types) • Receipts • Statements • Credit notes • Purchase orders • Remittance advice • Customer letters / templates • Any other Xero‑supported .docx document formats Xero uses Word‑based templates, so the designer must understand how to build layouts in .docx that remain fully compatible with Xero’s merge fields, table structures, and formatting rules.
