Project Description
I need an AceNet Direct / Ace Vendor Portal specialist to get several temporarily deactivated SKUs live again and to bring every related listing up to current standards. The work starts with reinstating each product, then moves straight into a complete sweep of the catalog to be certain nothing slips through the cracks.
Scope of work
• Re-activate the flagged SKUs inside AceNet Direct and confirm they appear correctly in the Ace Vendor Portal.
• Update each listing so titles, variant details, attributes and compliance fields match Ace’s latest requirements.
• Perform a thorough review of ALL product information—descriptions, images and pricing—fixing or replacing anything that is outdated, non-compliant or inconsistent.
• Validate the changes once they sync, ensuring inventory quantities and status codes display accurately.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every designated item is visible for purchase with no compliance or error flags.
2. Descriptions are clear and keyword-relevant; images meet Ace resolution guidelines; pricing aligns with our internal sheet.
3. A brief completion report lists the SKUs touched, actions taken and any ongoing issues that require my approval.
