Project Description
I already own the domain and now need a fully functional storefront that showcases my physical products. At this stage I am deliberately leaving out any payment-gateway or checkout integration, so the focus is on a fast, attractive catalogue that lets visitors browse, search, and save items for later.
Key elements I want in place:
• Product search bar that is visible on every page and returns results quickly
• A “Wish List” feature so customers can save favourites without checking out
• Clear product categorisation accessed through clean dropdown menus
• Mobile-friendly, responsive design and an easy-to-use admin area where I can upload new items, photos, prices, and descriptions
• Basic SEO set-up (titles, meta descriptions, schema where appropriate) so the site is ready for promotion
I’m open to WooCommerce, Shopify (without the payment section), or a lightweight custom build—whichever you feel will give me straightforward product management, speed, and room to add checkout later.
Acceptance criteria
1. Site is live on my domain, fully responsive, with the search bar, wish list, and dropdown navigation working as described.
2. Admin login and short hand-over video or written guide showing me how to add/edit products and categories.
3. All placeholder copy and imagery replaced with sample products so I can see the complete flow.
