My Shopify store still runs an older, “legacy” release of the Turbo theme from Out of the Sandbox. I now need it brought up to the latest official Turbo version while leaving the storefront’s look and layout exactly as they are today.
You will:
• create a full theme backup so nothing is lost
• install the newest Turbo release from Out of the Sandbox
• port all current settings, snippets, sections, and custom code so every page and function matches the live site
• test core flows—cart, checkout, customer accounts, custom apps, and any third-party integrations—on both desktop and mobile
• switch the upgraded theme to live only when everything is verified and pixel-perfect
Acceptance criteria
1. Visual parity: no unexpected changes in design, spacing, or typography compared with the current store.
2. Functional parity: all links, dynamic sections, and app integrations behave exactly as before.
3. Performance check: Lighthouse scores at least equal the current version, ideally slightly improved through Turbo’s new optimizations.
4. Zero downtime during launch.
Access to the existing theme files and a collaborator invite will be provided once we agree on timing. If you have handled Turbo upgrades before and are comfortable with its settings schema, this should be a straightforward, well-scoped task.
