We are a Software Development Agency looking for an experienced B2B Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified meetings with Software Development and IT Services companies.
This role is strictly for outbound prospecting and appointment setting. Closing will be handled by our Team.
This is NOT a digital marketing role.
This is NOT a social media or content role.
We are looking specifically for cold outbound B2B experience.

• IT Services Companies
• 5–50 employees
• Founder / CEO decision-makers
• Regions: USA, UAE, Singapore, India, Au
Minimum project budget: $7,000+
What You Must Have
• Proven experience in B2B cold outreach (IT or SaaS preferred)
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience using Apollo or similar lead database
• Experience running structured cold email sequences
• Ability to speak in real performance metrics

Responsibilities
• Build 1500–2,000 targeted leads per month
• Send 60 cold emails per day
• Send 30 LinkedIn connection requests per day
• Follow structured follow-up sequences
• Book minimum 45 qualified meetings per month
Definition of Qualified Meeting
• Software Development / IT Services company
• Minimum 5 employees
• Decision-maker present
• Budget discussion possible
• Genuine interest in collaboration
No freelancers, no junior staff calls, no irrelevant industries.
Compensation
Fixed: $100 USD per month
$5 per qualified meeting
1% commission (after full client payment received)
Revenue Bonus:
For every $24,000 in billing generated in a month:
$115 bonus
Important
You must be comfortable working overlapping hours with USA time zone.
We are looking for a disciplined, process-driven outbound specialist — not a general marketer.
