What I Need (Read Carefully)
I need a working demo of an AI receptionist that answers real phone calls (not chat, not SMS), speaks with the caller, captures information, and books an appointment.
This is a simple, fast MVP for a live demo to investors.
If you overcomplicate this, you are not the right fit.
Required Experience (Mandatory)
Do not apply unless you have experience with:
Twilio Voice (inbound calls, TwiML, or Studio)
Voice AI (OpenAI, Whisper, text-to-speech, or similar)
Automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, or custom)
API integrations
What You Are Building
A system that does the following:
Customer calls a phone number
AI answers the call using voice
AI speaks naturally and asks:
Name
Email
Reason for call
Preferred appointment time
AI sends a booking link (Calendly) or confirms a time
Booking is completed
Lead is saved to Airtable
Customer receives confirmation (SMS or email)
Business owner receives notification

Call → AI Voice → Collect Info → Send Booking → Save → Confirm

n8n (or similar automation tool)
Airtable (lead storage)
